They didnt need to make a mock egg. Their homemade soy protein is stupendous.

The taste was perfect, nothing to complain about at all! The tapa is made of Seitan, so you can get protein too👍 I'm so glad that I found Vedya, one of a few vegan cafes in Siargao!
