Huitlacoche is one of my favourite Mexican delicacies, sadly these #tacos were ruined by the vegan cheese! I think the waitress misheard me as I asked for it without. Sadly the vegan cheese used a corrochio’s is the nasty cheap stuff and it overwhelmed the tasty flavours of huitlacoche.
