Sweet and Sour Tofu

Delicious take on a classic. Tasty fried cubes of tofu in a tangy sweet sauce with peppers and pineapple bits. Splendid Essence is a little gem for vegans in Charlottetown. FYI not my photo (sourced off google), but this is the dish.
