Sweet & Sour

i was a bit skeptical about the sweet and sour concept but since i love pineapple in savory dishes i thought i’d love this too. and i was so right🤩🤩 it’s not really sour but i think the minimal sweetness is coming from the pineapple and sauce. the veggies in the sauce were deliiiiish. it’s sautéed pineapple, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers, and green bell peppers and tofu with rice. loved this so much need to come in again to try more of their vegan options! ☺️ #thai #veganthai #sweetandsour #pineapplelover
