Super Arugula Salad

This outstanding dish lives up to its boastful name. The cashew-Parmesan dressing is especially super. Wow, I’ve been so blessed to enjoy great salads in San Diego County the last few days. Am I actually becoming a salad guy? 🤔 🥗 Nah. 🤣 But this is a great one! #SanDiegoVegan
