stir fried veg with tofu and ginger

This is a local restaurant with friendly, obliging staff. One of our waiters was really helpful in selecting a vegan dish. The Jade curry I had chosen was not available as a vegan dish but he was quick to make other appealing suggestions. The #stirfry was freshly made and served with rice. At home when I make stir fry, I combine peanut butter with tamarind sauce and sesame oil which I fancy is a bit more flavourful.
