Stir-Fried Kai Lan (Chinese Kale)

This is a very ordinary vegetarian dish with no meat in it. Generally, fried Chinese broccoli tastes good as the salty flavour just right and the dish is also very clean and fresh. The mustard is crunchy, but if you taste it carefully, it has a little bit of bitterness in it. I think it would go well with garlic.
