I’ve heard things about cauliflower in vegan cooking but it was my first time trying

it and I have to say that I absolutely loved it. The cauliflower florets were fried so that it became a bit burnt and harder which gave it a good crunch. The ranch dip complimented it so perfectly. It was pricey but I would definitely have this again.

Okay, but a bit of a small serving. Not all the cauliflower was well cooked.

Bit disappointing.
