Squidless Green Sambal Petai

As I love #petai (#stinkbeans) so much, I’m in love with the petai menu page of many #Indonesian restaurants, this one is no exception! After reading through the menu page a few time, I settled with this green #sambal dish. We weren’t too sure what they meant by #redsambal and #greensambal, but immediately realised what it was when this arrived at our table. 🔥 It’s really good with rice 🍚, flavourful and spicy. My husband only ate the petai as it’s less spicy than the ‘squid’. The #vegan #squid isn’t as qq as actual squid, but more like fishballs. Will order again 😍
