This is a meal I had the 30th of november, in my review list since then. As the other dish of this university cafeteria I reviewed before, this offer is not always available, as every day there is a different menu. You can eat at Platte 14 for lunch during the week days, not on the weekends. There is always one #veganoption .
As generally happens for the #pasta dishes in Switzerland, they are not so good. Pasta is overcooked and hasn't enough salt. This was the same here, but for once I could excuse it for one good reason: the name of the dish didn't indicate #fusilli, the Italian pasta, but Spiralen. The simple fact that the name of the dish wasn't claiming a cultural appropriation saved the meal in my eyes. The taste of the veggies was good and at least the meal was #healthy . On that day we had the first snow, so it was nice to look outside the window 😊
