My Spicy Yam was the best Asian inspired dish for the fall/winter season. It has the comforting Yam for umami flavor and the spice nicely warms up your tummy. The portion size for $10 was large. I saved half of it for lunch the next day. I rated it low on nutrition because I am sure this isn’t a healthy meal, but I would rather my tofu be fried than steamed 🤷🏻♀️#veganoutreach
