Spicy Tuna Roll

This #sushi restaurant in Auburn, #washington has a small but labelled #vegan sushi section on their menu, making it super easy to find. It includes 4 sushi rolls, the fried rice and yakisoba can also be made vegan. This #spicy #tuna roll was very good. The creative use if colors, flavors and veggies created a fun and unique representation if this dish. The "tuna" seemed to be tomato based and was just a tad bit sweet and spicy. They did not use any faux fish. I am super excited to try more here. #japanesefood
