This was absolutely amazing. I added the peri plant strips as I wasn’t sure how substantial it would be without them, but I still wanted a cleaner option to eat that night so I decided I would go for this as it’s got some veg and such. It was delicious, the hummus was great and the cauliflower and broccoli was just delicious. I literally do not have words, it was one of those meals for me where you keep thinking about it for ages after you’ve had it. The plant strips and the spicy rice were very much a typical Nando’s taste. I would definitely have this again, it’s such a fun dish imo.
