Spicy Pad Thai Noodles

This dish reminds me of an twist on fettuccini Alfredo because it’s a very creamy sauce mixed with vegetables. The flavor is very good, not over powering in anyway and very filling. I got my order delivered, it showed up hot and presentation looked great. This is a very heavy dish and to be enjoyed guilt free and not worrying about calories.

Not your average fishy tasting pad thai, but this is still very good. The sauce is rich and creamy, spicy for me though!
