Spicy Alfredo

This consisted of orecchiette pasta with kale and mushrooms plus smoky 🐷-free Thrilling Foods Bakon™ in a rich, savory, creamy house-made 🌱-based Alfredo sauce made with chili oil that gave it a lively amount of 🔥. Topped with microgreens and 🌱-based parmesan. The combination of flavors was delicious and satisfying, and it was wonderful how the tiny ear-shaped orecchiette pasta cupped around the other ingredients.
