Spiced lentil, sweet potatoes and butternut tajine

Very delicious and a huge portion. Perfect blend of spices and mix of veggies. The couscous makes it a filling meal. I had some of it for take away.

A really tasty, hearty dish of food without being too heavy. Really liked the harissa dressing in the spoon on the side of the bowl, a lovely tangy addition to the meal.

Green Lentils, Sweet Potatoes, Butternut and Tomatoes with Ras el Hanout, Harissa. & Cous Cous. So delicious and hearty. Great for cold winter nights.
