This is off menu so you’ll have to request it, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan AND gluten free option for the complimentary breakfast 🙌🏽🌱 Normally this restaurant is a buffet but due to covid they bring you your order. The steamed veggies were def my favourite and I love that it’s served with a nice pan fried tofu steak. The gluten free bread was surprisingly tasty and sweet. The GF pancake tasted great but the texture is very different, kind of sticky. Fruits were fresh and my only complaint is the salad has no dressing.
