Spareribs mit Wedges und 2 Saucen

The spareribs are made out of seitan and they have a delicious barbecue sauce grilled onto them. Price is a bit high but every once in awhile definitely ok.

This is a decent dish, I would like the ribs a little bit lighter and juicier, but the taste was good.
