This is my first time eating a vegan fish that really shaped like a FISH with tail & pointed head & side fins! It is presented on banana leave to look like the way it is commonly cooked.
The Sambal is okay 👌🏻. I guessed my expectations is too high because I have eaten a lot of great tasting Sambal handmade by my mum.
The vegan fish has been thoughtfully sliced and it is easy for everyone to take a slice without worrying “how much to take.”
Overall a great dish to taste for my first time. But with a limited size stomach, I may not order this again & keep my space for other dishes!
