Soy Floss Inari

Amazeballs! My first encounter with soy floss and for sure not my last. The soy floss + sesame seed garnish provide much crisp atop a bed of mixed vegetables (cabbage, lettuce, sweetcorn). And no rice, which is a carb win. But take what I write with a pinch of salt - you can wrap anything at all in inari and I'd probably still sing its praises.

Tastes almost like real chicken floss! You have to ask for the soy floss inari only because the other types are vegetarian. Maybe five stars if there's an entirely vegan option without having to add extra remarks? ;)
