Souvlaki Wrap - VEGAN MEATBALLS WITH VEGAN AIOLI

Really tasty, I was even convinced it was meat, not that this is important to me. I'd rather something was tasty than resembling meat but it was really nice. Remove the chips and some extra salad would be nicer.

This dish is a particular favourite of mine. A delicious light and fluffy flatbread wrapped around meatballs that even the most die hard meat eater out there would struggle to differentiate from the real thing. Coupled with tomatoes and red onion to give you that real Mediterranean party in your mouth. The garlic aioli is a revelation and gives the souvlaki that creaminess to tie it all together. No souvlaki would be complete without a generous portion of fries nestled inside to round out this amazing meal that’s enough to make a grown man cry.
