Sojaschnitzel

Soy schnitzel with spinach and different mushrooms, topped with roasted walnuts and a Dijon-mustard-soycream-sauce, served with hash browns. The delicious schnitzel is placed on top of pleasantly seasoned spinach leaves, topped with different mushrooms (for example white mushrooms, shiitake and king oyster mushrooms (types may vary)), roasted walnuts and the creamy soycream sauce with a pleasant but not too prominent Dijon mustard note. The hash browns are crunchy like they should be. The dish takes a while to be prepared but it's definitely worth the wait!
