A very tasty sharing dish. The #aubergine had a distinctive smokiness and a nice spicy heat. There was a separate bowl of #tahini with #zhoug - not for those who dislike cilantro. It turns out Zhou’s is a cilantro sauce which includes garlic, chilli peppers, olive oil and spices. It made the tahini dip very lively.
The pitta was as described in the menu, light and fluffy.
All four of us dining together enjoyed this dish.
Delamina is one of a chain of 3 restaurants in London. A nice grungy decor, lovely staff.
