sloppy banh mi sandwich

Goodness this was such a lovely experience, i love how it all came together so beautifully. banh mi inspired sandwich, served on focaccia. I enjoyed that combination of pickled veggies, cucumber and soy-sauce enoki mushroom. The bits of jalapenos, vg cheese and crunchy onions and chilli oil also elevated this sandwich to the greatest heights. Just layers upon layers of awesome, flavours and textures.
