The mains at Umbra come with bread and a choice of soup or salad. The soup wasn't vegan so we went with the salad. We weren't given the bread. I'm not sure if they just forgot, or if that means it wasn't vegan.
This salad is a nice simple starter. It's made of lettuce, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and vinaigrette. They gave us much more dressing than the salad needed. I should not have dumped the whole portion! It didn't ruin it though.
