The Korean ramen at Tori is so great, but I thought I'd try their classic shoyu this time! This was packed with a variety of ingredients like corn, mushrooms, bamboo, seaweed, black sesame, green onion, and tofu. The ramen noodles here are pretty thin, so you can scoop up and slurp a lot with each bite! This is a great classic ramen to get on a cool day.
Some sad news for Tori. Their balloon payment date is coming up at the end of September, so they may not be open much longer! It's a big bummer because this is such an amazing place to find yourself. Most of the restaurant is an old train car that is decorated beautifully. This time we sat at the bar and got to watch the kitchen work. It's incredible how such a small kitchen can put out so much good food!
