Shiro

This Ethiopian roasted chickpeas dish called Shiro tasted a bit nutty to me and could have been because they were roasted then sautéed with garlic 🧄 , onions 🧅 and Ethiopian spices! The chef told me there were no nuts in the dish. So so delicious! My cousin didn’t care for this dish much but I enjoyed it! So glad I finally got the chance to try a new cuisine! The owner/server was so kind and accommodating! My cousin and I ordered the Veggie Combo Platter for 1 and it was the perfect amount for both of us! Great way to try so many different dishes at once!
