Super glad to see that Bamboo Bowls has an outlet at Ascent (next to Kent Ridge MRT)! All the bowls are vegetarian and are priced at $10. Upon request, they can be customised to be vegan. This dish consists of japchee noodles, coconut and lime gochujang tofu, vegan homemade kimchi and peanut nori crumb. Creation by Jay Morjaria - the owner and chef at Jae restaurant in London. Love this dish! Everything tasted so good! Can’t wait to be back to try the rest of the menu!
