Seitan Ribs Burger

My second experience at Fussy Vegan, and not feeling inclined to a third. You can see a small pool of liquid towards the bottom left of the burger - as I picked it up to eat I realised the bottom bun was wet. While eating it seemed like there was the purple sauce, but also just a lot of liquid coming off, possibly residue from the peppadews? I ended up with a pool of liquid in the dish by the time I was done and my hands were just covered in it because I didn’t want to put my burger down into the mess. While washing my hands the owner (?) asked me how it was, I explained the taste was great but it was very moist/messy. He replied that they had never had any complaints about how it was served so not sure why he bothered to ask me. The food on both experiences was not good enough to warrant the feeling of unwelcome from the team.

The presentation might not look amazing, but it’s super tasty. The seitan ribs were delicious and had a really nice texture. It was also super filling. I want to learn how to cook the seitan ribs the way they do. This was my first time trying their food and I’d recommend this for sure.
