Seitan Lemon Grass

First time trying Goji Tasty delicious but I wasn't too hungry But did think this was well prepared and seasoned 😋

This vermicelli dish is well seasoned and feels really fresh and not overly heavy when you eat it. Very satisfying zesty slightly spicy flavor.
