Seitan Bake

This was okay! Very happy this place had vegan options, but the seitan was overfried and too crunchy.

Flavors were really good and it was a good value. The seitan was a little overcooked and crunchy though. The place has a cool aesthetic!

I honestly did not know that this “bake” was going to be a sandwich! I really liked the cabbage on this; however, unfortunately the seitan tasted a bit over cooked.
