I loved this so much. So simple yet so full of flavour. Seaweed, tofu and mushrooms in a lovely tasty broth. This was a great starter. Normally this clear seaweed soup is a bit bland tasting at other restaurants, but I quite enjoyed it here because there was fresh ginger and corn inside. The soup had a lot of texture and big chunks of tofu. Yummy!
