Sea Palm and Root Vegetable Strudel

The Raven's #signaturedish! I had to ask our server what sea palm was because I have never heard of it and they told us that it is a sea plant harvested #locally to use for this dish. It is aboit 3 mm thick and a little chewy but it comes thinly sliced so you it is hard to feel the texture anyway. The sea palm is wrapped in a crisoy phyllo with carrots and onion and comes with a sauce that had hints of rasberry. Comes on a bed of cooked veggies. Beautifully plated. ***If you do not like "fishy" seaweed flavor do not get this dish. You can definately taste the seaweedness come through. #eatingout #mendocino #vegantravel
