Savory Japanese Miso Ramen

You choose your ingredients by your own. 3 euro/ 100 g (400 g is a generous portion) Then they cook a soup using what you have chosen in the broth of your taste (there are 3 options: creamy, spicy and miso). The result was delicious! And so far it is the best Ramen I tried in Amsterdam! Healthy, with little oil and flavourful. BTW, Mogu is almost vegan restaurant with just a few vegetarian items. Definitely worth trying!
