Sauteed Monkey Head Mushroom with Pepper & Chili Sauce in Casserole, served with Rice

This was so good. The monkey head mushroom absorbed the flavor of the sauce, which was slightly spicy and not too salty. It went great with the rice, which was high quality pearl rice. #veganisnotscary
