Sausage and Peppers Sandwich

This consisted of Beyond Meat Sweet Italian sausage smothered in tender slow cooked peppers and onions and finished with melted provolone cheese on a soft Italian hoagie roll. This was hearty, luscious, and so satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
