Sambal Sardine with Toasted Bun

I have serious doubt bout this. Was given the go ahead when probed (the check with the kitchen even). End product showed up as one of those generic #buns along the dough aisle at Fairprice. Was hoping I could be wrong but there's no escaping in terms of taste 🙄 We have #sambal (5/10 #spicy) of the quick dissipating kind (5mins or less) and #sardine presented in the form of mock, mushy #soy.
