Salted Olive Vegetarian Fried Rice

I LOVE this. Ask for it without egg. Super yummy and generous serving. The rice is so well flavoured and the fruit on top (not sure if it's pineapple or mango??) Is so delicious! Served with tofu, fresh onion and some veggies too #veganuary

They label their vegetarian options on their menu. I asked for no egg. A generous portion, cost $6. Long waiting time as they cook on the spot. So much veggies including fresh ones as well as fried tofu, though I couldn’t really tell what was the salted olive. Quite salty and sour, on the dry side but still ok. Added peanuts for extra flavor.
