Salted Caramel Cruffin

I’ve always wanted to try a cruffin (croissant muffin hybrid) but have never seen a vegan one available, so I HAD to get my hands on this one from To Live For Bakery. It was everything I hoped for and more: flaky, buttery pastry, sweet caramel icing, and warm melty caramel sauce in the centre. I didn’t want it to end! It was delicious, and not too sweet.
