This dish was a total surprise! The baby green leaves salad was super fresh, but what blew my mind was the feta ice cream – creamy, tangy, and somehow perfect with the peanut butter dressing and smoked hazelnuts. Plus, those little strawberries and crispy rice chips added the best textures. Honestly, Koukoumi just gets it – they take plant-based food to another level. And I love that the whole hotel is 100% vegan and all about sustainability. Oh, and if you’re into wellness like me, you’ll be obsessed with their magnesium pool and the vibe of the place
