Nice mix of sweet red apple, mang guang, cucumber, fried 'goose' soy chips, chopped peanuts, etc. Approved by my non-veg mum who loves to eat rojak, as she said there was a good balance in flavours! (Allium-free, $4) #sgvegan #organic
The rojak sauce is pretty authentic so I was a happy bunny with this vegetarian version of a childhood favourite.
Cold and freshly made, great for a hot day. Glad that the rojak sauce was not too much. Just nicely coated every piece of fruit and veg. They used some kind of cracker for the crisp. Delicious and only for $4! Where to find $4 vegan rojak nowadays?
I love the sauces as well as the crunchy blend of materials. One thing about it is that the portion was quite small and not enough coz I was really hungry
