Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Toast

Roasted red pepper hummus,on a slice of sourdough, topped with avocado, baby tomatoes, seeds and cilantro/coriander leaves. Like everything this restaurant serves, this dish is pretty, filled with flavour, just the right size and served with a smile. Perfectly balanced. The staff are all awesome and their coffee is excellent. I go here as often as I can when I'm in town. I love that they grow so many of their greens and garnish on site next to the outdoor seating. Be sure to squeeze that lemon wedge over the meal... It's not just for show and finishes it off perfectly.
