Roasted Jalapeno Poppers

These were so good! And surprisingly not overwhelmingly spicy jalapeños 👌🏽

These were pretty damn close to the jalapeño poppers I used to love in college except I think they’d be even better if they were battered and fried like the original. Obviously my nutrition rating would have to be changed if they were fried! 😋

I like the crunchy Ed’s on top . Jalapeño were not hot though . I like hot peppers 🌶

I have never been a fan of jalapeno poppers but I tried them anyway and I was blown away. They were incredible. All of my photos turned out red because of the umbrella over the table, unfortunately.
