Rhubarb and Ginger Babka

My sister bought this but she let me try! It was incredibly delicious and fresh, with a decadent sweet and sour flavour. Because the cafe is seasonal (they source all of their fruit and veg locally - the rhubarb was from a neighbour’s back garden!) it isn’t always on the menu, which is a shame as it was so tasty!
