Reuben

Delicious vegan reuben! This sandwich was very flavorful and satisfying. The rye bread and sauce were so tasty. I wish it has some tomatoes or greens to brighten it up though.

This had a generous amount of startlingly realistic and meaty 🐮-free corned beef, melty 🐮-free Swiss, flavorful sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on marble rye. It had all the flavors and textures of the non-vegan version and will satisfy the most carnivorous of cravings.
