Rendang Tempeh Sandwich

Formerly known as the “Vegan Bacon” #sandwich, this dish review is a backlog from 2 years ago 😅 I reckon they evolved their recipe to lean into their more #localfood fusion vibe they’ve got going on. I opted for the #whitebread over the whole meal since every dish here is just so darn hearty 😮‍💨 They make their #bread in-house so there’s always a chance to verify that their baked goods are #vegan! It’s toasted to the char I’m personally fond off 😋 The tomatoes and cucumbers had a fresh bite, lending a nice moisture. The #tempeh was more of a sweet coating so not to my savory preference 😗 but I can see most people enjoying this!! At RM12.90 for what feels like double portion for me is totally worth it! Especially when you see it’s justifiably cheaper than their meat #sandwiches 🤑 I’d call this a definite #musttry if you haven’t tried tempeh before!!
