My favorite appetizer anywhere and must have every time we eat at Veganized. They are good bite-sized portions and the saffron cashew cream is an unexpected twist.

i personally loved this dish and i dont even like beets! my mom and grandma weren’t the biggest fan of it but i thought it was original and the taste was perfectly balanced.
