Raw Berry Cheesecake

Had an absolutely amazing dinner at this restaurant. Run, don’t walk , to Rawtopia if you are in the Salt Lake City area. My entree was the out-of-this-world Coconut Curry with forbidden rice but I forgot to take a picture. The raw berry (cashew) cheesecake was the perfect dessert. So creamy and indulgent yet light and so nutritious. The staff is amazing and it took me a good 15 minutes to decide what to get off their fabulous menu. Not entirely vegan but tons of vegan and raw vegan options. I found my new go-to restaurant in Salt Lake. Wish there were similar restaurants in every city.
