Rahdi’s Tandoori Jackfruit Tacos

This was so good! The mint and coriander flavours gave a great touch. We loved it! We ordered delivery so the filling fell out during the journey, but we were too busy eating it to take another pic.

Made from a spinach tortilla, tandoori jackfruit and pineapple and red pepper salsa. Got this because my sister has a literal taco obsession. No complaints at all about this dish.
