Rad Na

My first time trying rad na - a Thai dish of flat rice noodles with tofu or meat in a thick “gravy”. This was really tasty! Lots of veggies, plant based “meat” and an extremely generous amount of yummy sauce. My only tiny gripe is that I would’ve liked some more rice noodles to balance out the sauciness. They were buried at the bottom and I couldn’t even see them to begin with, the dish looks like a soup. But still tasty af, and as I couldn’t finish it I’ll be enjoying the leftovers for lunch tomorrow - with some extra rice to compensate for the sauce 😅
